Before you start
- A topic or a working titleAnd who it is for. The type and length are a click each.
- Your own materialOptional but best: notes, a transcript, a past article, a PDF or a Word file. Every number in the book comes from it, or is labelled as an example.
The book never invents a statistic, a study, a quote, a testimonial or a person. A chapter that does is written again once with the reason, then refused with Write it again.
PART 01
Plan the book

- Say what to writeTopic or title, then What is it?: an eBook, a report, a lead magnet, a guide or a workbook (exercises and checklists to fill in). Who is it for, the Length (short lead magnet of about 8 to 15 pages, standard of about 30 to 40 pages, or long of about 70 to 90 pages) and the Tone. Pick For (a client) and a saved Persona to write in that voice. Author name and Subtitle go on the cover.
- Add your materialUnder Your material, paste text or choose a .txt, .md, .pdf or .docx file. It stays private to you. A scanned PDF has no text to read: paste it instead.
- Check the most it can costThe page shows the most this book can cost before you start, from the AI rates and every chapter written twice. Tick KDP kit if you publish on Amazon.
- Press Plan the outlineThe steps tick off with a progress bar. A step that fails says why and has Retry; Continue nudges a book that has not moved.
PART 02
Approve the outline
0 of 3 done- Edit itChange any title or brief, move chapters up or down, Add a chapter or Remove one, then Save the outline. Your book waits under Your work, Needs you, and the bell says when it is ready.
- Press Approve the outlineThen the consistency lock is written: the exact name of every method and term, what the book promises, the voice, the reader level and the facts from your material. Every chapter keeps to it.
- The chaptersEach is written, then checked: a number not in your material (unless labelled as an example), a study or survey, a testimonial, a named person or an attributed quote refuses it. Refused once, it is written again with the reason; refused twice, it shows the reason and Write it again.
PART 03
Read, edit and download
0 of 6 done- Read and editEvery chapter opens in the reader. Edit opens it as text; Save keeps your words as written, with a note if the check would have flagged something.
- DownloadDownload PDF gives a print-ready page: open it, press Print and choose Save as PDF (it has the cover, the contents and a page per chapter). Download EPUB for Kindle and other readers, Download Markdown and Download .txt for editing.
- The coverThe prompt carries your exact title, subtitle and author name with where and how bold each goes. Make it here uses your own OpenAI key (images only ever run on your key); or Copy prompt or Open in ChatGPT and upload the image with Upload a cover.
- The marketing kitA book description, a teaser per chapter, posts for X, LinkedIn and Facebook and an announcement email, each with Copy. Send to Social Publisher shows what is scheduled and when, and waits for your yes.
- Make a download pageFor a lead magnet: Make a download page asks first, then makes a private, unguessable link to your book and opens FunnelBuildr Lead Genesis with the book as a free guide, the link and the cover filled in. Turn off the link stops it.
- KDP kitIf ticked: title and subtitle ideas, 7 backend keywords, category ideas and a description in KDP-safe HTML. They are suggestions: you choose.
